Villa San Bartolomeo

Villa San Bartolomeo, is a prestigious luxury villa in the heart of Tuscany, with private infinity pool and a spacious garden. The estate is a two story house located in four hectar grounds, two of which are fenced. On the ground floor there are a 80 square meter living room and a dining room, outside of which is a patio for outside dining with pizza oven. Also a modern fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, microwave, two dishwashers, large fridge, freezer , ice machine and a room with two washing machines and a dryer.

On the ground floor, there are also a large bedroom, with a bathroom with shower and bathtub, that opens on garden, and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two very large with bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, two with only showers. The house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning and has a TV in every room.

The infinity pool measures 10x10 square meters on 4 sides with patio. Different seating ares in the garden provide total privacy and relaxation. Note that due to its elevated position (about 600m), even in Summer it gets chilly in the evenings.

The interior spaces of the Villa, as Monticelli and Sambuco, are furnished with custom made couches, armchairs and a contemporary design that combines perfectly with art pieces, belonging to the collection of the owners, and antiques.
