The Estate

Away From The Flock is a private estate in Val d’Orcia comprising three thoughtfully restored villas.

Together, they offer space, privacy, and flexibility for groups of 24, whether gathering with family, hosting a retreat, or celebrating a special occasion.

A Flexible Estate Designed for Groups

The estate is made up of three independent villas, each offering privacy and its own distinct atmosphere.

Villa Sambuco and Villa Monticelli sit within a private gated setting, just a short walk from one another, forming a natural compound with 12 rooms, ideal for groups who want to share time together while maintaining personal space.

The third villa, Villa San Bartolomeo offers additional privacy, perfect for extended groups or guests who prefer a more secluded stay. This flexible layout provides a total of up to 18 bedrooms across three villas, with flexible configurations for different group sizes.
